The BGIS 2026 registrations are now live on the official KRAFTON India Esports website. Indian players aged 16 years and above can form a team of at least four players and participate in the largest open-to-all BGMI tournament, the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026, which features a prize pool of over ₹2 crore. The registration window is currently open and will remain active until 4 January 2026. Interested teams must complete the registration process within this period to be eligible for the tournament. How to register for BGIS 2026
To register your squad for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026, follow these steps:
- Step 1) Account Login/Creation: Visit the official Krafton India Esports website and log in. If you don’t have an account, you must create one by entering your details.
- Step 2) Register for the Tournament: Click on “Explore Tournaments” or go to the tournament section on the home page. Locate BGIS 2026 and click the “Register” button.
- Step 3) Access Team Options: Navigate to the “My Team” option where you can choose to either create a new team or join one.
- Step 4) Create Your Team: Click on “Create Team” and enter your team’s name.
- Step 5) Declare Your Role: Select your role within the team. You can register as the IGL (In-Game Leader), the Owner, or both.
- Step 6) Review Team Dashboard: After creating the team, use the dashboard to check important details like transfer requests, active tournaments, and verification status.
- Step 7) Add Teammates: Go to the “My Team” section on the dashboard and click the “Add Player” option.
- Step 8) Invite Players: Enter your teammates’ KIE ID or phone number to send them an invite. They will join the squad once they accept.
- Step 9) Manage Join Requests: Players can also search for your team manually and send a request. You can manage these in the “Transfer Request” section.

Once your squad is complete, wait for the verification process to finish so you can begin competing in the in-game qualifiers.
The BGIS 2026 registration process starts on 15 December 2025 and gives teams enough time to sign up for the tournament. Registrations will remain open until 4 January 2026, after which no new entries will be accepted. Once the registration window closes, KRAFTON will verify team and player details between 5 and 7 January 2026 to ensure all information is correct. After the verification process is completed, the BGIS 2026 In-Game Qualifiers will take place from 8 to 14 January 2026, where registered teams will compete to move ahead in the tournament.
